Stylist/Colorist Full or Part time.

If you are serious about a career in hairdressing, we would like to meet you!  We are looking for two stylists.

We are looking for a Stylist/Colorist to join our team.  Preferably full time at least 25 hours per week.  Some evenings and Saturdays are a must.  Both experienced and junior stylists are welcome and encouraged to apply.

We are not looking for a "following" just a good work ethic, positive attitude and some practical styling and coloring experience.  We work as a team and offer training and other educational opportunities throughout the year whenever possible.  

Compensation package consists of a guaranteed hourly rate with a bonus program based on production.  All of our full time staff routinely achieve 50% of their production, some achieve 55%.   We compensate all staff fairly, there are no special deals - all staff have the same generous arrangement.  There is also an annual retail sales bonus to those who qualify, again based on sales.  Staff are paid  by-weekly and direct deposit is required.

We provide sick pay up to 40 hours per year as earned.  We also offer a 401 (k) and match 4%.  Employee discounts apply to both products and services.
